Package shipping
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via the Carrier of your choice. Whichever shipping method you choose, I will provide you with assistance with the size and shape of the package.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. I advise you to group all your items in one order. I am not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but I'll do my best to protect all pieces of art properly.
¿Rolled or stretched?
Rolling artworks means taking the works off their stretcher bars or out of the frames that they are housed in and then packing them up to be shipped in a tube. When the artwork arrives at your destination, you simply re-frame or re-stretch them with the help of a local art handler or framer.
Additional information regarding artwork packaging and delivery:
- All original artworks are shipped to the collector directly from the artist's location.
- Shipping costs are paid for by the collector at the time the artwork is purchased.
- Me, the artist, will be responsible for packaging my artwork for shipment, as well as for all packaging costs.
- I will include a Certificate of Authenticity inside the package with my artwork.
Please note that the transit time can vary depending on your location. You'll see your shipment's tracking number on the label that is provided to you. You can follow along using that tracking number on the carrier's website directly (i.e. FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.)
It's important to note that if shipping internationally, there may be custom delays. This is not unusual and should not cause you any panic.
